I have always wanted window shutters installed on my living room window. Few weeks ago, I saw an add in one our community papers and decided to call the number listed. I arranged with the company to have someone come by to take measurements. I was impressed with the price but when I asked twice for testimonials, I received only 2 which did not impress me. I decided to go on the Internet to find another company and I came upon M3 Design. I called the number and spoke with Mike. I found Mike to be very pleasant during the call. I gave him window measurements and he was able to give me an estimate of how much it cost. A few days later I was still trying decide which company to go with. Mike gave me a follow-up call to see if I still wanted to install the shutters. We arranged for a time for him to come by and measure the window. He described what steps he would take and I felt very confident in him that he knew his job. The shutters were installed a few days ago( I decided to do the Kitchen window as well) and they are absolutely beautiful. I have already received compliments on the shutters and I am very pleased with a job well done. Thank you, Mike. Great job1
