My husband and I went around to MANY show homes around Edmonton and were not overly impressed with many, the communities or the yard sizes. We knew that if we were to build our dream home, we wanted it to be beautiful! with a nice yard. We went to the Graydon Hill community and were impressed with the lot sizes and the lovely show home. This home will be very special to us as this is our first build together and first home purchase together. We will be building a family in this home and making a life here. Lisa has been very helpful throughout the whole process. We have been able to make many modifications. We have recently been going to the suppliers to pick out some of our interior for our home and we haven't been overly impressed with the choices. Are having to upgrade things and in the end will be paying more then we had originally wanted but this will be our home for many years to come and want to ensure we are happy with our choices. Would recommend this company to family and friends!!
