I don't know that I can say enough great things about this company. From the moment I called Junk IT I somehow knew this would be a positive experience. The customer service representative Alex was fantastic to deal with. Very knowledable and professional over the phone. I wanted to bump up the day of my junk pick up to the following day and they were able to accomodate this for me and it was a very last minute request. I was told that the crew would contact me prior to arrival and they did. When the crew arrived the price was clearly explained to me and they did not proceed with the work until I accepted the written estimate which I found to be extrememly professional. The crew who arrived to pick up my Junk were professional, polite and worked very hard to get the job done quickly and efficiently. They even swept my garage after cleaning up all my junk!!! Which I thought was a very nice touch and saved me some more work. It is very hard to find great businesses with great customer service these days. I have nothing but great things to say about this company and the service they provide. I would definitely recommend this company to all my family and friends. Thank you again Junk IT!
