At the beginning we were out looking for a house to rent, we ended up seeing an ad for Marcson homes, we decided to look at a show home and we fell in love with their designs, Eunice was great to deal with and very knowledgeable with her job, She ended up working with us and helped us make it possible to buy one of their homes, the house purchasing process went smooth, We moved in November and couldn't be happier, The Walk through process with the service staff was very thorough the day of possession, there were minor deficiencies which were all taken care of. Now living in the house there has been some issues that are expected with a new house but nothing major so far and Erin the Customer warranty coordinator has been great to deal with, they have responded to any of our calls concerning areas of concern and have taken care of our house in a timely fashion. we love our new home and would recommend it to any of our friends. they are 100% dedicated to producing quality homes.
