Took our deposit and never saw him again
Hired him to do kitchen renovation. Took our $4500 deposit and never showed up to measure anything. We will have to go to small claims court. Highly not recommended. I am not the only one that he has done similar to.
We had Brian do our bathroom Reno and without getting into specifics (because there are so many) we are very disappointed in the quality of the work performed. Very little attention to detail and cleanup was virtually non existent. I will leave it at that for now. Should he decide to challenge my review I will post numerous pictures and details of his poor workmanship and maybe talk about the basement sump. Please be careful if you value quality work.
The first time we had it done 2 years ago it took 2-3 hours.....great tech....very happy...but he left the company. This time it took an hour. 6 vents left closed and the furnace service switch left off. We found this after the house got cold. Not very impressed with the last visit. Though Marc and his helper were friendly.
We are sorry to hear you weren't quite as happy with your experience this time, Stephen. Happy to hear that you were pleased with Marc and his helper but they should have been more diligent in their post inspection to be sure your furnace was turned back on before they left. The first time we came to your home, your ducts hadn't been cleaned in 15 years so we would expect that this time would not take nearly as long.
