After 2 years of struggling with our fireplace (it is 10 years old and had never been serviced), based on the excellent reviews that I read regarding Gas Fireplace Services & Repairs, we put in a service request last Sunday. Imran responded the next day and set-up an appointment for today (Saturday) between 8:30 - 9:00 AM (which was the first date that fit my schedule). Showing up on-time (that in itself was a good indication of the type of company I was dealing with), Imram introduced himself and immediately set about his work. What a pleasure to watch Imran, clearly he knows his job very well. He took the time to walk me throught what he was going to do and that he would get our tired fireplace up and running. After 45 minutes, he called me over to flip the switch on and the fireplace immediately started-up and was to me, performing better than I can ever remember. He then "spruced" up the look of the flame and arranged the logs to what we both though look appealing and I can only say it did look professional. In fact.......better than professional........it looked awesome! What a pleasure to have Imran do this work for us.......to the point I told him I want to see him every year for a service and "spruce up" if required. Thanks Imran for your professional approach.........and you can be sure you will hearing from me every year moving forward.
