I had an excellent experience dealing with deluxe alarms, the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating and patiently explained their products and services to us until we were ready to make an informed decision. We did not feel pressured at all at any point during our interaction with Angela. We researched the other deals out there and Deluxe Alarms has the best deal out there and its a Canadian company.
