Rob came by to inspect the condo I was interested in purchasing. He was very through and knowledgeable. He was able to notice/ identify areas of concern that I did not notice when I did a walk through of the condo on my own. Rob is punctual and very professional. I would definitely use him again if I need another inspection. I would also definitely recommend him to anyone!
