Efficient & Excellent Customer Service With Follow-Up for Clogged Toilet and Fixing Shower

Customer service with Waterworks began with the phone call to the front desk that scheduled service right away for the next morning. I received a call 1/2 hr to confirm when to expect someone and then a follow-up call afterwards to check on our satisfaction. I'm so pleased and happy.
