A service tech responded to our heating problem in a very timely manner however the technician himself was not overly personable and seemed to lack basic communication skills! Jay seemed rather unwilling or unable to relate what he was trying to do about fixing our heating problem. He was very active with his telephone communication to whomever was on the other end giving him direction. The process seemed like a Keystone cops movie. Overall I'm not sure what's taking place and not pleased with being kept in the cold and dark!

Thank you for taking the time to write this review. Sometimes the equipment have issues such as manufacturer recall or being old or even small manufacturers are very limited with information; in this situations we have to call the manufacturer to get more details on what we need to do. I appreciate your feedback though and I'll make sure to help out with his communication skills for him to improve, this criticism can be very constructive for my business. The review mentioned you are from Clara London is this correct?Because we basically work in GTA, please review and make sure we are the correct company.
