I called for a quote for a humidifier. The person I spoke to put me on to one of the technicians who gave me some options and good explanations. I took them on, and in a few days the installer came in on time. They did not have a valve to complete the job, but they made a run to Home Depot to finish the job. It was a clean looking installation (which took a couple of hours total). Time will tell on how effective the unit is, but it was a positive experience from a service perspective.
