When almost all the other companies asking me to take picture, do the measurement and send them to do a "rough quote", and telling me "we will go from there". Alex made a appointment with me right away, very straight forward, good advise and decent price. The installation went smooth too, Roman and his crew worked really hard, cleaned up nicely after, my new entry door looks amazing! P.S with the government rebate, these energy efficiency windows are such a deal!
