Work order-4146004916 Newly installed samsung dishwasher had a minor leak on a Friday. Techs do not work on weekend, so we had to wait until Monday. However, both support centre and tech, were super friendly and attentive. The issue was resolved quickly. Great service.

Thank you very much for your feedback. We do actually have weekend service, however it is usually the most popular day for service, so we get booked up a few weeks in advance.
