It has been 10 years since we had our basement completed, and the place still looks great! Our installed shower unit had a problem with the cold/hot diverter valve, and within a day of discussing the problem with their sales group, I had the replacement part: no hassle, no issue, only out to please. Great Job and nice to see that the company is still maintaining their family values for customer service and satisfaction. Mike
