I paid $112 to have a tech tell me why my pilot light would not stay on my Valor gas fireplace. The first tech wasn't familiar with Valor and guessed that it was a control valve problem. He said he would have a supervisor call me and wrote a bill with no comments for $112. No call the next day from anyone. The day after i called them, spoke to a more knowledgeable tech who came out on the 3rd day. He looked at it and guessed it was a vent safety switch problem. He said he would get me a quote. That was 10 days ago. No follow up calls with status. I am out $112 and no further ahead. If you have a gas fireplace problem I suggest another company. I won't use Peel heating and AC next time.
