Good service and installation - friendly and knowledgeable. But VERY disappointed on them relaying the information on financing. I would suggest anyone to not sign the documents till you go over it with someone who knows about what the total costs are. There is a $49 fee to process the paperwork, which they never told me about (and subsequently my account went into overdraft). They took a deposit of $500, but since I went with financing, didn't refund it after installation, instead it is happening 2-3 weeks down the road. If you are paying up front - great people, if not I would go with another company or have them tell you all the parts pertinent to the contract.
