Gus returned my call promptly and made an appointment to assess the situation. He identified the problem quickly. A renovation company that we had recently hired had not installed the proper ptrap under our sink. Gus had to work carefully to structure the new pipe to fit properly into the grooves of the drawers. He also made sure to provide us with an easy access point to the pipe in event that we would need to remove something from the pipe one day. I asked Gus about other plumbing issues in the house. He took the time to investigate and assess our house's general plumbing and drain situation. Gus is a pro. His expertise is solid and he thinks carefully about how the plumbing of the house has evolved over time. I have since hired him to oversee renovation projects and to vet the work being done as it relates to the plumbing.
