We were very pleased with the promptness and professionalism of the installation crew (Steven and Steven). The job took about four hours, and they left the site spotless. Kevin, the contact person, was amazing—explaining the options—either replacing the defective heat exchanger or getting a new furnace with accompanying warranties and rebates. He was again amazing when he showed up the next day within 20 minutes to correct a minor air bubble caused when the gas had been shut off leading to no heat/gas getting to the water tank. Very happy with the whole job!

We were very satisfied with the service provided by Emily in the office and Dmitri and help on installation day. Dmitri was on time and finished the work in the estimated time. He lay down rubber matting to protect the floors and cleaned up the job site after including removal of debris and the old water heater, and the old electronic air filter. Both Dmitri and Emily were very courteous and professional. I would recommend Hargrave based on their service.
