I just wanted to publicly say thank you to the Cozy World Team. Boris, the salesperson was of course wonderful to deal with. The installation crew continued the fantastic service. They were very polite, professional, tidy and appear to take pride in their workmanship. They were happy to help clean up the gas supply line and ran the vent / air intake neatly where I requested.
