Contacted this company about 10 years ago for all new shingles on the roof of my house and garage. They wrote up a contract for 25 year shingles, work guaranteed for 10 years. The shingles started falling off less than 9 years into this contract. They started replacing them, but then they just stopped answering calls. I was shocked, to say the least, at this unprofessional behaviour. This man's contract is not worth the paper it's printed on.

Seemed friendly and accommodating, and came in with best estimate. From there it was downhill fast. All work was sub-par, and after seeing reviews of the company, (too late) decided to cut my losses, and fix the problems myself. He had every opportunity to correct my error in payment but didn't. This contractor really cannot be trusted.
