Dave was incredibly professional, efficient and thorough despite my continuous interruptions and my curiosity during the inspection. He was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the house, respectful of the property and seemed very happy to address my numerous questions. Among uncovering several deficiencies, Dave also uncovered a potentially dangerous issue that we were able to address during the purchase negotiation rather than after the deal was done.
