I see some positive reviews on installation. And I agree with that. But my issue is with poor explanation that if you don't disarm with key pad contact within 30 secs even tho you disarm and get an alert on your phone saying successfully disarmed, the police may still be dispatched. I disarmed in 60 secs bc I had my two kids and a lot of bags. Customer service said I should have asked what the timing is. That that's my responsibility. This is one example of many. No point in talking to customer service bc all is customer responsibility. Also I got a call from the company bc of the delay in disarming (even tho I got an alert it was disarmed successfully) with a very unclear, incoherent msg of what I need to do. I was supposed to call them back so they wouldn't dispatch police. Unfortunately it went to voicemail and the msg was cut off and the rep was unclear. "......we got an alert for property _____ ... keyholder notification. Dispatch police." I don't know about others but I don't understand what the instructions are on my end. I now have to pay $200 bc police was dispatched. I gave feedback that their msg needs to be clear. Clearly tell customer what they need to do. We're not all clear on the process esp if we never had an alarm system before. I was with Grand alarms before and it was very straightforward by the way. Anyway poor customer service - they will find a way to say it is your responsibility. It really is silly and insensible. Also the process is not clear. Be sure you have a lot of time to call them and ask questions proactively. Their reps are not clear. Maybe that's where the "Think" in their name comes from.
