If you can remember the coldest days in Jan/18 you will remember temperatures of -24 to -26 degrees. Well, that is when my submersible pump decides to quit after 25 years! I called everyone in the book and on the internet. Everyone was booked for days, working on frozen pipes etc. Thank God for The Pluming Doctor who gave me Roy's number. He too was very busy but was truly sympathetic that we had no water. He was at my house in less than 24 hours pulling the pump out of the well, all 125 feet. I don't know how he was able to work bare handed in those temperatures. He is truly amazing, the best, and someone I'll definitely contact in the future for my plumbing issues!!!!!!
