From the initial contact with Deluxe Alarms the service has been fantastic! I had several questions and Amanda was very patient with me. She was full of great tips and suggestions. She was very professional and would return my calls in a timely manner. The alarm installer was very pleasant to work with. He cleaned up after himself was took the time to explain how to use the alarm. He showed us short cuts and was very helpful. I would recommend DELUXE ALARMS to new customers or ones looking for a new alarm provider!
