We have a 3 lane driveway but only use part of it as it is shared with neighbours they didn’t want to get snow removal and central snow agreed to clear our side only ! This is the second year we will be using central snow. We are happy with our service and liked that they were straight forward with where we landed on their route so we knew what time we could expect our snow removal. Very honest team and always responds to request to remove snow bank the city left or messages. Great service we will continue to use them as long as we live in their service area!

You are the best hope. We are glad to have you as part of the central snow family for your second year in a row. Last year was the most snow ottawa received in a decade and you are the last house on your routes still giving is a 10 out of 10 rating. This makes us very happy and we will be passing your positive remarks on to your routes driver. our drivers work very hard long hours keeping every lane way clear sometimes multiple days in a row back to back 14 hour days its great for them to hear they are appreciated.
