When I called Drain right now , he was the second plumber to come in. The first plumber I called was an emergency plumber who did a hack job and also didn’t even use the proper tools to fix the problem. Tyler came in and sat with me and explained everything piece by piece to make sure what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. He didn’t sugar coat anything , asked me if I felt comfortable with everything that needed to happen (cost, Work etc) . I enjoyed how honest he was and how much of a people person he was . He was a joy to have in our home ! I wouldn’t recommend anyone else ! He is honestly the best ! We also got a 30 day warrnety , and he also checks up to see how everything is going with the job that he fixed ! Thank you again for doing such a wonderful job!
