I walked into The Comfort Shoppe and was greeted by a wonderful young man who guided me thru the Hot Tub scenario. Nick was very helpful, kind and courteous and if he wasn't sure about something he called his superior, so I trusted him and felt very comfortable making such a large purchase on my own. They kept to their word and everything worked out perfect. My hot tub was installed two days later in a very professional, timely manner and I am very happy with my purchase.
