Our service technicians (Matt R. And Bryce) were top notch at their installation including challenges they encountered with the chimney flue pipes. Courteous and neat about their work in the home environment. Nice, polite, well informed young men as they worked continuously. No slackers here. Happy with the end result of a nice new gas fireplace......
