Justin and Matthew arrived early (gasp), were highly professional and knowledgeable about the work (carpet and sofa clean) to be done and got to it without delay. They even shovelled a path to my walk out to get their hoses into my basement. The results of their efforts were outstanding and obviously done with great care and skill. I could not have been more pleased. I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality carpet, sofa, etc cleaning company. Afeefa was also prompt in taking my call to book the appointment, quick with booking confirmation and reminders and generally helped make the process of doing business with 416 very, very efficient and professional.
