Mr Manjur is an experienced engineer who has been in the field for many years. He inspected three houses for us, and in each case the feedback was excellent. He uses state of the art instruments in inspections. I was impressed by the thermal imager which he now uses, and enabled him to identify several cracks in the roof of a new house. This would not have been detectable otherwise and helped us to significantly negotiate the purchase price.
