We recently had our roof re-shingled by Imperial roofing. Imperial was referred to us through a friend who had a coworker who was happy with the job that was done. One of their estimators, George, arrived at our house promptly and gave us a good quote right away. We had our eye on some specific products and George worked quickly to build a proposal for us. The price, products, service, homestars reviews and recommendations from our friend were now all in order so we went forward with the job. Stephan arrived a few days later to get tarp I nstalled over an area that was leaking a bit. A few weeks later the crew arrived promptly at 7:30 and made quick work of setting up and getting the work completed on a rather cold and windy day. Needless to say, we are thrilled with the outcome - the roof looks great. The crew even went as far as to paint the utility mast and plumbing stacks so they now look as good as the roof too. The company was also able to have somebody come to do a minor aluminum repair that we needed done - this was done promptly and with the same level of professionalism. In summary, this job worked out the way that we wish all contractor jobs would: timely response, fair prices and good clean work. I have no hesitation in recommending this company for any roofing job. 10 stars.
