After having our regular service performed on our generator it was pointed that certain items were missing/lacking.We gave the company permission to carry out these additions which were done quickly and efficiently. We are very pleased with the service we received as well as the communications with the office staff while the work was being taken care of. Thank you Robert, for your review here on Homestars. Scheduled maintenance of a standby generator is very important at least once per year. This is in addition to the weekly exercise program that should always be programmed to run the generator automatically. Sadly we often find that generators installed by some contractors have not been installed properly. Cold weather kits (Canada does get cold in the winter) have not been installed, the exercise program has not been set up, and generators have not been properly registered. We are happy to have you on our service plan. We will see you again soon. ...bw
