I had a new pool liner installed in June 2022. Right from the installation, the liner did not fit correctly. It looked like it was a few inches short at the end where the steps are and did not fit correctly over the steps and was not attached correctly to the top step. Plus there was a crease on the lower step. When I raised my concerns to Pioneer, I was told the liners will stretch and to give it a few months. By end of September there was no change, contacted Pioneer again and was told to leave it over the winter and they would take a look when the opened the pool in the spring. At pool opening in April (which was done extremely poorly) there was no change in the liner and the top step was actually worse. I contacted Pioneer again and eventually an overlay was done mid-June. Since then, I have contacted Pioneer 7 times in an attempt to find out what's going on and get the liner issues addressed. The Customer Service people say they can't access any information and have referred me to "Kelly". I had to call Customer service back several times to let them know I had not had any follow up from Kelly. Finally he left me a VM to say he would be in contact in a few days - and that was over 10 days ago. I have been a long-term Pioneer Customer and am beyond frustrated and disappointed. Even guests to my home remark on how horrible the liner is.

Just choose another repair service. Technician wrongly diagnosed problem with my dryer. I told him what was wrong with it - he performed some tests, charged me the $327.70 and told me I needed a new control panel - $1199 + tax. BTW control panels almost never go on Bosch dryers AND this part sells for $458 from Bosch and takes less than an hour to install... I attempted to contact Appliance Repairman multiple times - managers who never call back after promising to do so. FInally got through and asked them to send another technician for a 2nd opinion. They told me that this would be at my own expense!!!! I then had an actual Bosch repairman come out - dryer needed 2 $50 sensors and a new lint filter - $200 installed. Called Appliance Repair back and was told that they would not refund the $327.70 for their technicians wrongful diagnosis. Choose another repair service - one where the technician can actually diagnose the problem CORRECTLY!!!
