Andrew was our service provider this year. He arrived on time with a smile on his face. He was professional and thorough in his inspection of our furnace and humidifier. He installed the new filter and answered all of my questions with an eagerness to help. He was a very friendly fellow, as have been all of the service and repair employees we have ever had from Hamco. They go beyond the call of duty to be friendly and remove their shoes upon entering our home. The prices we pay are lower than some of my friends who have not already changed to Hamco. I reported a slow dripping sound to our Condo Board. The Manager phoned me and said she had forwarded my name to David Bower. Within 20 minutes he had called to set up a convenient time to look at the situation. He arrived "on the dot" of the agreed time. He immediately removed his shoes and so did his apprentice. They followed along and immediately began" brain storming" to assess the problem. When they realized they needed our bedroom closet completely emptied, so as to not get any drywall dust on our clothing, I was taken aback, but not for long!!! They put everything back after they completed the work and left a pristine work area. Due to his polite and efficient manner of doing business I highly recommend him and his team.. In fact I have decided to give all of my plumbing business to David Bower.
