I live in a condominium and this company was hired to replace all of the windows. On the day that the installation was meant to take place, the company called to cancel because of rain. I asked if they would install in the afternoon if the rain stopped (which it did) but was told that they didn't work that way. The company didn't bother to call me to reschedule, I had to call them. They were difficult to reach, I left messages which they did not return. When I complained about the lack of customer service a manager promised to return my call and never did. To add insult to injury, when I left my house the following day the installers were cooling their heals as the company had delivered the wrong windows and were in no hurry to correct their mistake. The key message is, once this company has your money, they will not provide an acceptable level of service. I would never use this company again.
