Changed out slider doors to deck with french doors. They said they could have them open outwards. When installation occurred having the door open outward would have exposed the hinges to being easily removed making the door not secure. They knew it was going to be an outside door and should have known it wouldn't work. If we weren't home to catch it that would have been a problem. Changed to open inward but then the wrong door was the primary door. Not a big deal but not what we had agreed to. Workmanship looks adequate, sales people and installers were friendly and pleasant. They kept in contact to let us know scheduling and when to expect them. - Ken (Kitchener, ON)
