Lubricated springs and adjusted retract height/tension ; diagnosed lift problem in manual release mechanism and adjusted-repaired. Replaced batteries in remotes. Uzi explained the lift system clearly. He moved efficiently through diagnosis and repair. He was friendly and informative. I felt respected as a senior and confident in his honesty and integrity.
