We purchase a freezer from this company and it failed after 30 days. We were directed to the manufacturer for support and the manufacturers sent a technician in short order who determined the unit was not fixable. We contacted CAS to get a replacement and they said the manufacturer had to send a form. The manufacturer sent the form and called us to confirm that they had sent it. Then CAS never called and multiple attempts to get them to confirm whether they had received the form failed to get results. They would not check whether they received the form and told us they would contact us if the form was received. So we have been in a chicken in egg. The manufacturer has resent the form and we have not been called by CAS and they will not confirm. Their customer support also refused to direct me to a manager. After 2.5 months on the phone once or twice per week, we still have no replacement freezer. This company is awful.
