I wrote a letter with some appreciative words and sent it to your office. Hopefully the right person gets it. I am more than happy with the overall project. It turned out surprisingly well and with in our budget. Masood helped us choose the right slab and the right finish for the edge. We were sort of confused in the beginning. Long story short, we are happy and shall recommend Slabx to other people.
