Fixed water leak in our home washing machine (laundry)
Roy was great! He found out the cause of the issue very fast - under 15 mins! He walked me through our options and next steps then promptly ordered the new part. He was able to track down the required part and had it shipped next day! As soon as the part arrived, Roy called to setup a time to install the fix!
