The Crack Specialists has an employee, Wesley, who stands out as the most knowledgeable, earnest, quality-focused and customer-friendly employee I have ever dealt with in three decades. Wesley did the initial quote. Before he arrived I was 95% of the way to hiring another contractor. Wesley's obvious knowledge, experience, professional attitude, enthusiasm and confidence changed my mind. He took time to explain the method and materials used by the Crack Specialists and urged me to ensure that whoever I hired did not use inferior quality "off-the-shelf crack-repair kits" materials. He arrived to do the work and took me to the site of each crack repair, explained what he had encountered, what he did and what to expect. He also cautioned me about what not to do that would negatively affect the work. I felt I was dealing with a complete professional who loves his work, who believes the only way to do something is to do it once and to do it right, and someone who genuinely cares about his company's reputation and the customer's interests. In short, I felt as if I was dealing with the owner himself. This reflects positively on his employer, The Crack Specialists.
