This is a very nice team of ladies. They always do a great job and my house looks spotless after they are gone. I have been using them for the last 2 years and I am very happy. The only thing is that sometimes they can be running late, but they always call me and give me a heads up.

Thank you for your review. We are so pleased you are happy with the professional cleaners we have at City Wide Maid Service and the great quality of the cleaning they perform. Sorry if they have been running late sometimes. We do strive to arrive on time or just before the arrival time each and every day to our clients homes. Since we rely on TTC to get around Toronto it could be difficult at times to arrive on time if weather is an issue or there are severe delays on the transit system but we do strive to be on time at each and every clean and do inform our clients like you said if weather or transit is an issue in the arrival window.
