Absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. The owner called a good game when he came out to do the estimate but when I followed up with him after the installation to discuss some of my concerns I could not believe it. It was like Jekyll and Hyde. I was absolutely appalled as was my neighbor who got to witness this guy's performance.

I am sorry you still feel this way about our company. As with all of our clients, we had you inspect all of our work and sign off your complete approval, prior to paying your balance owing. We also followed up with you at your home to show you that the rough opening framing of the windows in question are at two different positions on your home's wall, which is why the interior casing follows the window profile.
