An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I would be remiss if I did not write to commend your company and crew on the excellent roofing job completed on my home May 4th, 2011. The quality of workmanship and care given to the job exceeded your commitment and my expectations. The crew took great care to see that no damage was done to the plants and trees, and were carfull in covering the koi pond so no ill effects would come to the fish. The workmen arrived onsite promptly and worked hard all day. I noted the very smooth flow of tasks with everyone understanding their part in the work to be performed. The attention paid to safety was excellent and quite different from other roofing crews I have seen where harnesses and lanyards seem unknown. The cleanup afterwards left the site better than when they started. Be assured that Adanac Roofing will be my recommendation to anyone I encounter who needs a roofing company.
