We previously had a bad experience with a water heater rental - poor installation, not being replaced when needed, etc. We purchased a new one and had it installed by Abbey Air. They came for the estimate at a specific time - not that awful "4 hour window" you get with most services. They also came as scheduled for the installation. The knowledgeable installers - Joffre and Todd - did a thorough job of a complicated installation in a tight area. They didn't try to rush through or cut any corners. The installers were polite and good-natured. Our floors were protected. The estimate was exact - no 'last-minute' extras. When we were looking for contractors, we had two other water heater companies come out. Both were unsatisfactory- one never even bothered to send the promised estimate. We will need a new furnace and air conditioner soon and will definitely go with this company.
