The inspector took care to explain clearly what was being reviewed and what the findings were. Explanations were provided that went above and beyond what was strictly necessary. I really appreciated the tips for ongoing maintenance. This is not the first time I've had an inspection and I found this the most informative one. I came away with an excellent understanding of the quality of the property I was purchasing.
