Maciej ,VP of IT, at Think Protection was the individual that professionally installed a new upgraded alarm panel to an already wired alarm system. We added several wireless window and motion sensors to areas that were not previously covered by the wired system. I'm delighted that I'm able to arm and disarm the home alarm from anywhere in the world on my cell phone or lab top. Further it's reassuring to know that I can see in Real Time my Home Alarm Status just by glancing at the Think Protection phone App on a daily basis when going on walks, shopping, etc. Maciej answered many of my technical questions regarding the new system . He was highly knowledgeable , friendly, efficient and took attention to details in testing ,re-testing and tweaking the alarm system. His trouble shooting skills were one of the best that I've ever encountered in dealing with service individuals, so much so that he was able to diagnose the source of an old wire that was shorting out and intermittent alarm signal. Way to go Maciej! I highly recommend Think Protection to all who are looking to install and/or upgrade their home alarm, or for those that are paying exorbitant prices with other companies.The monthly monitoring price is less than $20, their service is impeccable, and you cannot beat their professional installation team.
