The city is replacing the lead water supply pipes in our area with copper, and we decided to replace the segment from the city to our house with copper as well. We also installed a sewer backup valve at the same time. Sergei was excellent at explaining the work when providing a quote - patient, clear, and thorough. Quote was also fair. The working crew did a good job, and were impressively tidy. Where a rebate was applicable, they took the time to explain how to fill out the forms to make it easy for the customer. Hard working bunch, which I respect. Would definitely recommend.
