They had to cut my furnace, but they didn't say it would cost me money. They told me about other services that they could do and I wish I would have been told on the phone as it would have given me the time to make a decision. They didn't close all the vents when cleaning the ducts and one of my bedrooms and my kitchen were left in a disgusting way. The dust and debris ended up on my counters, floors and carpet. They walked with the boots on my white carpet in my bedroom.. they had floor protectors for the mains area but didn't put it on my white carpet. Overall I am just happy that my ducts vents are cleaned, but not the way it was done and I will not have this company to it again at my house. Very disappointed.

I am very sorry to hear about these issues. Contacted the homeowner and will follow up to have it resolved. This is unacceptable behavior at Dr.Duct and will not be tolerated.
