The installers were to be there between 9 and 10 for the installation, they didn't show up until 130. Nobody called to tell me they were going to be late. I had to call to inquire when they would show up. Then when they did, they brought the wrong windows. I had to take a day off work for essentially nothing. A new installation date was booked on the Canada day weekend which disrupted my long weekend plans. The team broke one of the windows which needed to be replaced and scheduled a third installation date. On the third date I had to take another morning off of work. The old windows that were taken out were set on the lawn and burned the grass. The trim that was installed was done poorly. I had to replace one piece myself. I understand that mistakes happen. I felt it was unprofessional of Canada Select to leave a customer waiting. I shouldn't of had to call and chase down the installers. Someone should have called me the night before to tell me of the adjusted time and I could have at least gone to work in the morning. After all of that and the hassle, I was given a very poor discount of $50 which hardly even covered the cost and my time to replace the trim on one of the windows.
